Champions Funding is a US Treasury-certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) was founded to create access to affordable residential financing to creditworthy borrowers that have been historically underserved.
We level the playing field for non-traditional real estate buyers and investors, including:
- Minorities
- Individuals with low-to-moderate income
- Self-employed individuals
- Residential real estate investors
Each of these groups are borrowers who historically have had challenges accessing reasonable credit for housing. Champions Funding seeks to serve these borrower categories with common sense and compassionate loan solutions.
Loans Offered
We champion mortgages for borrowers who can’t prove income with tax returns. In place of income returns, we offer our borrowers the following choices of income verification documents:
Options for income verification for primary and second homes:
Use your most recent 12 months of bank statements
Use your most recent 12-month, self-prepared Profit & Loss statement
Use your 1099 form
Use a written Verification of Employment
No income and No employment Verification Required.
